Subaru today announced its 2015 Forester pricing information*, touting the Forester’s double victory as Motor Trend’s Sport/Utility Vehicle of the Year award.

The 2015 Subaru Forester 2.5i base model (which is paired with a six-speed manual) has an MSRP of $23,045. Change out the gearbox for a continuously variable transmission (CVT), and the price jumps $1K to $24,045. The Premium trim for the 2.5i starts at $25,445, but going with the CVT boosts the price to $25,945. Both the Limited and Touring trims are offered exclusively with the CVT; they go for $28,945 and $30,945 respectively.
Subaru’s turbocharged 2.0XT is offered in two trims, both matched with a CVT. The 2015 Forester 2.0XT Premium will sell for $29,345 while the 2.0XT Touring takes the highest price at $33,945.
In addition, drivers can add a few different packages to their Forester, which include options like alloy wheels, all weather, EyeSight, navigation, and audio, in different combinations. These range from just $500 to $2,645.
