We’ve finally seen the much-anticipated 2016 Honda Civic, in both spy shots and official photos, but so far we’ve only seen it in one color (Modern Steel Metallic). Thanks to 10thCivicForum, though, we now have an idea of what exterior and interior paint options to expect from the latest Civic:
All told, there will be nine exterior paint color options, including carryovers from the current Civic four-door like Taffeta White, White Orchid Pearl, Crystal Black Pearl, and Modern Steel Metallic. Rallye Red is available on the current two-door Civic, while Lunar Silver Metallic and Aegean Blue Metallic are drawn from the Accord and Fit, respectively.
Shades that are brand new to the Civic and the Honda lineup include Cosmic Blue Metallic and Burgundy Night Pearl. All colors will be available on each and every trim, with the exception of Taffeta White, which is exclusive to the 2.0-liter Honda Civic LX.
When it comes to interior color options, the number of choices dwindles down to just three: black, gray, and ivory.
These are just exterior and interior color options for the 2016 Honda Civic Sedan, so we still don’t know what paint choices for the 5-door hatchback, Coupe, Si, or Type R models will appear with (nor do we know what those models themselves will look like). Stay tuned for more updates.
