‘Tis the season to be overly animalistic in consumer behavior!
Mall scrums traditionally happen the day after tryptophan-induced slumbers, with the inhumanity of Black Friday wiping away any lingering human goodwill gleaned from family meals and feeling thankful.
How much is human life worth? $25 in savings? $250? $2,500? Probably a little bit more than that.
But tack on another zero and you start to understand the primal instinct to conquer the deal. And if that 25 grand in savings is on a 2015 Chevy Camaro Z/28, well, the ethics of non-violent human interaction might fall to the wayside.
Jalopnik spotted a killer deal on 2015 Camaro Z/28s with $25,000 slashed from their MSRPs of $75,000 or more: $25,000, bringing the price for peak performance down dangerously close to around $50,000.
There are about 60 in the United States at a bargain price of below $60,000, and if the run on discounted televisions and hoverboards is any indication, they won’t last long.
The Z/28 will get to 60 mph in four seconds, flat, with a 500-hp V8 engine. Who knew driving home with the ultimate holiday steal could be so fun and so painless?
