With the First Four match-ups officially out of the way, March Madness is in full swing. Just as in previous years, Buick will serve as a sponsor of the NCAA basketball tournament.

Buick’s March Madness app will also be making a return, with some improvements for this year.

Amazing Apps: Amazon Key App allows delivery to Chevrolet vehicles

The March Madness in-vehicle app is free to drivers who own Buick vehicles produced from 2017 onward. It is downloaded automatically and is available via Buick’s infotainment system.

The app allows college basketball fans to listen to audio, check past scores, and view schedules.

This year, the app will also display team logos, current scores, and time remaining for each game. For safety-related reasons, some of these app features will only be available for access while the Buick vehicle is in park.

Select Buick Encore drivers will even receive an offer for free Wi-Fi through the month of March. For drivers of other Buick models, the brand’s 4G LTE Wi-Fi system is always an available option.
