Chevrolet Provides 11-Percent Discount on Suburbans During March
March might be wrapping up, but it’s not too late to take advantage of a great deal on certain Chevy Suburban models. Despite this model’s impressive potency and reputation for being one of the longest-kept vehicles, Suburban sales slumped during the fourth quarter of 2018. GM hopes that offering an exclusive discount on this model for March will boost sales as 2019 plays out. It’s a plausible goal, considering that consumers are currently gravitating toward crossovers and SUVs instead of sedans.
Details about the discount
Per Chevrolet’s website, current competitive owners can enjoy an 11-percent discount on the 2019 Suburban. Just to give you an idea of how much a discount this is, here are the starting MSRPs for the three different trim levels of this model: LS ($52,095), LT ($57,095), and Premier ($66,795). So, a Premier version would cost $58,270 once the 11 percent discount was applied.
More reasons to choose the 2019 Suburban
The 2019 Suburban elaborates on the brawny performance of the previous model year while introducing two minor updates. A new RST Performance Package is available on the Premier trim. This package includes a 6.2-liter EcoTec3 V8 engine paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. It yields 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque for gratifying energy and response on each journey. Available 4WD complements GM’s Magnetic Ride Control suspension for a ride that is as balanced as it is smooth, no matter what road conditions you encounter. The 2019 Suburban is also available in one new shade: Shadow Gray Metallic. Lastly, the Premier trim has a refreshed tailgate badge for a more modern vibe.
Take advantage of this discount now through the end of March. It’s a great way to save on a full-size SUV if you’ve been considering bringing one home to accommodate your family and the items they need to bring along.
