Back in April, the 2016 Cadillac CT6 made its North American debut at the New York Auto Show. Tomorrow, September 4th, the much anticipated Cadillac will finally be unveiled in China at the 2015 Chengdu Auto Show.

The Cadillac CT6 debuting tomorrow was locally produced via the joint venture between GM and Shanghai. The 2016 Cadillac CT6 plug-in hybrid version has already made its debut at the Shanghai Auto Show.

The 2016 Cadillac CT6 will come with the choice of three engines: a 2.0-liter turbo-four, 3.6-liter V6, and a 3.0-liter Twin Turbo V6. This new Cadillac model will also feature active-on-demand all-wheel drive, as well as active rear steer and magnetic drive control. Each engine option comes paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission.

The Cadillac CT6 will likely be competing with the likes of the BMW 7-Series, Audi A8, and the Mercedes-Benz S-Class. Production of the Cadillac CT6 is expected to begin later in 2015.
