“I am pleased and proud to have been chosen for this position in order to pursue the Ford strategy in Morocco and the North Africa region overall,” said El Boustani of his appointment. “We will continue to develop our market share and meet the needs of our customers who know that our products and services provide a world-class experience.”

“As one of our key local team members, we welcome Achraf to the Ford leadership team in his new role,” said Jacques Brent, president of Ford Middle East and Africa. “Achraf has been an integral part of our regional team and we look forward to seeing our North African markets grow under his guidance.”

El Boustani has been a part of Ford since 2015, when he joined the company as its General Field Manager for the North African region. In that role, he familiarized himself with the customer experience in order to improve Ford’s processes and improve sales performance. He holds an engineering degree from that National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse and a Master’s in Business from Paul Cézanne University.
