Ford and Rent the Runway are teaming up for the Test-Drive Style campaign, which will allow consumers the chance to win a new wardrobe and a new ride—specifically, a brand-new Ford Fusion.

Starting in February and running through June, you can visit www.renttherunway.com/fordfusion to register for promotion.  In addition, Ford and Rent the Runway will be hitting the streets of New York and Los Angeles during the spring to roll out Test-Drive Style pop-up locations, wherein consumers will have the chance to try on designer threads provided by Rent the Runway and register for the contest.  A Ford Fusion similar to the grand prize will also be on display during the events.

“Fusion continues to raise the bar in the competitive midsize car segment, offering consumers a class-leading package of aspirational design, fuel efficiency and smart technology – this includes our savvy female car buyer,” said Amy Marentic, Ford group marketing manager, in the automaker’s press release.

“With Rent the Runway’s affordable and accessible designer fashion and Fusion’s stunning design and smart technologies, we are joining forces to make great style available and seamless to the woman on the go,” Marentic added.

Rent the Runway was founded by friends/Harvard Business School classmates/first-name sharers Jennifer Hyman and Jennifer Fleiss.  The concept behind Rent the Runway is to provide professional woman with affordable clothing options that look anything but.

Ultimately, the winner of the promotion will win a new Ford Fusion and a $1,000 gift card to use at Rent the Runway.  For more information on the Ford and Rent the Runway Test-Drive Style campaign, stay tuned to The News Wheel as the campaign rolls on.
