Have you ever look at a full-size pickup and thought, “It’s nice, but I wish there was just MORE”? If so, then relax, because your search is definitively finished. Meet the Hennessey Goliath 6×6.

Interesting: The new Chevy Blazer sports impressive design

In case you saw something familiar in the Goliath’s face, it is indeed made of a well-known vehicle, just not one on the roads yet. It gets its base from the 2019 Silverado Trail Boss Z71 model, and as Hennessey Performance puts it, “elevates its off-road capabilities to another level.”

Let’s talk about some statistics. The Goliath takes the 6.2-liter Chevy V8 and adds a 2.9-liter supercharger system and stainless steel exhaust upgrade. This cranks the V8’s power up to 705 brake horsepower and 675 lb-ft of torque. Even with the addition of the 6×6 system, Hennessey expects this roaring engine to take the Goliath from 0-60 mph in the mid-4-second range.

Getting Better: The 2019 Silverado 1500 is even more efficient than before

So, what else did Hennessey add to the Silverado to make it a Goliath? First and most obvious is a 6×6 conversion adding another axle, wheels, brakes and tires. In addition, they added a new rear suspension system, an 8-inch lift kit, custom 6×6 truck bed, 20-inch Hennessey wheels, 37-inch BFG off-road tires, an upgraded rollbar, LED lighting, Hennessey front and rear bumpers, and Goliath 6×6 and Hennessey graphics. All of this comes with a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty.

After all that, the question is, how much is this monster? The base price for the 2019 Goliath is a heart-breaking $375,000, although this does include the Silverado Trail Boss for the base. Hennessey Performance is also offering a few optional extras, including a 103-horsepower engine upgrade, Brembo® brakes, and a custom interior.
