From Pong to Super Mario and exciting new games like Overwatch and FIFA, gamers across the globe have endless possibilities to enjoy. Kia recently released a couple “Time to Talk” videos featuring participants of the esports world discussing how it has changed their lives.

In the first video, Misfits Gaming player Febiven (born Fabian Diepstraten) sits in the passenger’s seat of a Kia Stinger while his father Pieter is behind the wheel. At just 22 years old, Febiven has quickly risen to fame in the world of esports as a professional League of Legends player. The Dutch pro, who joined his first team at the age of 18, was even featured on the cover of Vogue Netherlands in March 2016. When speaking to his dad, Febiven mentions how he wouldn’t be where he is without the support of his family to pursue his dream.

The second video features two people in another realm of esports. Riot Games’ commentator Trevor “Quickshot” Henry sits in the passenger’s seat of the Stinger while his wife Becca — VP of communications for Misfits Gaming — takes the wheel. The South African Quickshot originally started playing esports but decided he’d rather do what is called “shoutcasting” as others played. Becca has been working in PR and Communications for some time, having worked for Riot Games for five years before taking her position with Misfits Gaming in November 2018. In the video, the married couple discusses how gaming brought them together and made their relationship stronger.
