Lincoln’s biggest gainer in October was the all-new MKX, which was up 9.7% with 2,189 units sold. This ultimately proved to be the best October result for the MKX, the 2016 model of which began hitting dealerships the month prior. The MKT also experienced a 34.9% year-over-year sales gain with deliveries totaling 456 units.
The MKZ led the Lincoln brand in terms of volume at 2,406 units sold, and the MKC added 1,982 sales, but both models were down slightly from the prior year. The Navigator was also down with a total of 994 units sold, and MKS sales totaled 458 units.
Still, Lincoln is up 7.5% through 10 months thanks to a 35.3% uptick in sales for the Navigator and the continued success of the new MKC. Lincoln car sales are down 13.3%, but a 26.1% increase in utility sales more than offsets those losses.
