Mary Barra Joins Facebook, Just Immediately Starts Cussin’

In a September 1st post, Barra says she got the inspiration to start her own “Public Figure” page after conversing with Sheryl Sandberg at Facebook headquarters. In the same post, she made it a point to both pose a question to her followers and utter her first Facebook obscenity in quoting a poster that reads “Let’s kick the sh*t out of option B.”
Prior to that, Barra posted her new cover photo—a shot of her introducing the world to the 2016 Chevy Volt at the 2015 NAIAS, which was preceded by a photo of a black-on-black Z06 she took to the Woodward Dream Cruise—and a profile pic of her working with volunteers at one of GM’s Life Remodeled events.
Since then, she’s only checked in with her progress in reading Work Rules!: Insights from Inside Google That Will Transform How You Live and Lead. Surely, it’s only a matter of time before she opts for memes and chain messages that demand 100 shares lest you find yourself eaten by ghosts.
