Project Titan Truck is Ready to Roll Out
After putting it together seemingly one piece at a time, just like that one Johnny Cash song (you know the one…we believe it’s called “Solitary Man”), the Nissan Project Titan truck is completed and ready for action.
For those unaware, the Project Titan truck is just the second vehicle that Nissan has fan-sourced, following in the footsteps of 2012’s Project 370Z. Project Titan began at the beginning of the year when it was announced at the 2014 Shooting, Hunting, and Outdoor Trade (SHOT) Show and Conference in Las Vegas.
There, it was determined that the truck would explore the terrain of Alaska—as was suggested by journalist Joe Byers—and would carry Wounded Warrior Project veterans David Guzman and Kevin McMahon. Nissan put almost every major detail of the truck up for fan vote at their Facebook page, and once all the votes were tallied, they set to work in bringing the Project Titan truck to life.
