Calling all winter adventurers! Subaru is on its way to Boyne Mountain Resort this weekend to celebrate its WinterFest 2017 tour. If you’re an avid skier or snowboarder, you’ll definitely want to stop by for all of the fun.

What to expect at the event
According to Subaru, various winter sport brands will be present at the WinterFest tour stop at Boyne Mountain, including Under Armour, Lib Tech, Nordica, Klean Kanteen, and Thule. These brands will be holding gear demonstrations throughout the day, showing off products to guests.
Ozo craft coffee and s’mores will also be present to help winter adventurers stay warm throughout the day. Of course, Subaru vehicles will be on site with representatives showcasing all of the details of the fleet.
Restaurants near Boyne Mountain
When you’re not shredding the slopes or watching some exciting gear demonstrations, try stopping at one of these local restaurants for a quick fill-up.
Betty’s Restaurant – Simple spot, perfect for breakfast and lunch; includes biscuits & gravy, homemade potatoes, pancakes, burgers, sandwiches, and pie.
Nico’s Pizza & Grinders – Pizza joint that offers specialty pizzas, wraps, calzones, salads, and grinders (oven baked subs) made to order.
Café Sante – French fare; open 8am to 3pm every day; items include pasta, sandwiches, quiche, hors d’oeuvres, and desserts.
All about Boyne Mountain Resort
Boyne Mountain features 60 different downhill runs and over 35 kilometers of cross-country trails. Additional activities include ice skating, zip lining, and snowshoeing, and visitors can check the resort’s website for constant updates/advisories. There’s also an indoor water park, for those needing a break from the chill outside.
