Subaru is the first-ever company to build a national collaboration with “The More You Know.” As part of the collaboration, Subaru and “The More You Know” will air branded spots on NBCUniversal’s broadcast and cable properties. The first spot aired yesterday, starring Bravo’s Andy Cohen and his super adorable dog, Wacha.

In the spot, Cohen encourages viewers to go out and make a difference in the community. While people typically think of volunteering at homeless shelters or picking up litter as active ways to make a difference, Cohen reminds us that there are 7 million dogs and cats who are in need of rescue each year. An easy way to make a difference is to open your home up to one (or more) of these loving animals—as long as you have the time, money, and effort required to give them their much needed care.

The love between Cohen and Wacha is apparent

Subaru is no stranger to advocating for animal wellbeing. The automaker just completed a long-term study with the Center for Pet Safety to determine which type of pet traveling product is safest (spoiler alert: it’s a crate or a carrier). The Japanese automaker has also supported nearly 10,500 pet rescue missions by Pilots N Paws at the time of writing.

Let’s be honest: Wacha is the real star of the spot

Four more “The More You Know” messages will air with Subaru sponsorship, also highlighting Subaru’s philanthropic efforts through the Subaru Love Promise.
