Details on the Uconnect Market
The Uconnect Market is a convenient way for you to handle your responsibilities all while sitting in your vehicle. Uconnect Market provides a variety of services, including Fuel, Parking, Service, Food, and Wallet.
With the Fuel function, you can easily find the gas station nearest to you. When choosing a Shell gas station, you have the ability to use the Shell Pay & Save program as well. Thanks to ParkWhiz, you can locate parking garages and pay for them before you even reach your destination.
The Service feature presents you with Mopar service offers and lets you schedule service appointments at a nearby certified Mopar service center. When you’re looking for a bite to eat, the Food feature can find restaurants with Yelp and even help you make reservations.
Finally, the Wallet function connects your credit card to the Uconnect Market so that you can pay for restaurants and fuel on the 8.4-inch touch screen without having to use your physical credit card.
According to Alan D’Agostini, Global Head of Connected Services, FCA, the launch of Uconnect Market coincides with the company’s plan “to ramp-up [their] connectivity efforts around the world with the goal of having all new FCA vehicles connected by 2022.”
