Third Installment of Lincoln Reimagine Project Creates San Francisco Park

Lincoln Motor Company is partnering with Architectural Digest and Architecture for Humanity, a well-known non-profit firm, to create the Burrows Street Pocket Park in San Francisco as the third installment of The Lincoln Reimagine Project. The project, which is intended to collaborate with and support visionary leaders in the arts, design and thought leadership, is an extension of Lincoln’s “Hello, Again” initiative that is reintroducing the brand.

“The Lincoln brand was built by one man’s vision. We are reclaiming that forward-thinking and imaginative spirit through The Lincoln Reimagine Project to foster innovation and design throughout our community,” said Lincoln group marketing manager, Andrew Frick. “The Burrows Street Park project will be a valued, inspiring resource for the Portola community, an example of the difference these projects can make to local beneficiaries.”

The Burrows Street Pocket Park will change from an underutilized space to a place where the Portola community can gather and enjoy. There will be significant upgrades with new lighting, street furniture, a living wall, an informational kiosk and a mural designed by local artists. The park will set a precedent for future public space improvements throughout the city.
