In the video above, the driver, Justin, has taken his classic 1952 Army Willys Jeep and loaded it with an LSX 4.2-liter 4.8-liter crate motor. And, just in case the Jeep needed a little more oomph, he also installed a D1 Procharger Supercharger, plus some nitrous bottles because why the hell not.
The result? This thing looks more like the alpha male in the Running of the Bulls.
Reportedly, the ’52 Army Willys Jeep manages 1,000 horsepower. As Justin takes it down the drag strip, he almost falls off. There’s no seat belt to strap him in, and this thing is about as wild as it gets. Justin earns a 7.1-second sprint on a 1/8 mile track.
Now imagine if the US Army had this back in the day.
