With a starting price of $33,545, the 2020 Jeep Gladiator is officially the most expensive vehicle in the Jeep lineup. Yet, there are ways to get behind the wheel of a Gladiator model for a much smaller fee.

Cars Direct reports that drivers can lease the 2020 Jeep Gladiator for as low as $143 a month.

Of course, there are some stipulations for getting the monthly lease payment for the Gladiator down to that price. For starters, Jeep is factoring in a 10 percent down payment, roughly the equivalent of $3,504.

The leasing deal also incorporates the equivalency of a 4.92 percent APR. There’s a mileage cap of 10,000 miles per year on the leased Gladiator. Finally, the lease only lasts for 24 months.

Altogether, this deal results in a residual value of 89 percent. That’s extremely high, even compared with the 77 percent residual value of the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport, a vehicle renowned for its own residual numbers.

The monthly payments for the base Gladiator are also lower than that of the base Jeep Wrangler. Monthly lease payments for the Wrangler start at $256, although that lease does last for 48 months.

Unfortunately, most customers probably won’t ultimate end up receiving the Gladiator’s $143 lease offer. For one thing, driving a Jeep less than 10,000 miles a year is somewhat unusual. Additionally, the lease offer is only that low for Gladiator’s equipped with a manual transmission.

With that said, if the perimeters that Jeep has laid out for this offer do fit your driving style, you can benefit from one of the best lease offers currently on the market.
