The GT500’s supercharged 5.8-liter V8 puts out a shockingly-powerful 662 hp and 631 lb-ft of torque. That’s right, 662 hp, which makes the GT500’s V8 the most powerful engine ever put in a production car. This beast goes from 0-60 mph in 4 seconds and a top speed over 200 mph.
The available SVT Performance and Track option packages will enhance the GT500 performance with firmer springs, electronically adjustable shock absorbers, and enhanced cooling for both the engine and transmission.
