100,000 Cars Coming to Find Your Ford Website
Used car lots can be rewarding and frustrating, as their assortment of vehicles of different years, sizes, and colors can be overwhelming.
Ford is looking to ease this hassle by including all of its pre-owned vehicles at Ford dealerships nationwide on its Find Your Ford website at www.ford.com/used.
The designers of the website are Arnold Kadiu and Leda Daehler, who both worked with incubator Ford X to create Find Your Ford.
Kadiu started at Ford last year as a structures engineer and wanted to buy a pre-owned long-bed F-150 Crew Cab with adaptive cruise control and two-wheel drive.

It was nearly impossible to find what he was looking for, which led him to develop the online site.
Consumers can navigate the website and schedule a time to check out the car they find at the dealership near them. From there, the car dealership involved will take time to show the vehicle to the customer, arrange a test drive, and close the sale.
Sundeep Madra, vice president of Ford X, says the online platform will prove to be an accessible, simple tool for customers to use to find their desired used Ford vehicle.

“The Find Your Ford platform helps customers build relationships with dealerships, so they have a trusted partner in their corner, whether they have questions about the vehicle’s technologies or need an oil change,” said Madra. “Other sites sell them and leave them. We know the importance of customer support after the purchase and for the life of the vehicle.”
While Ford is piloting the Find Your Ford site with six Detroit dealerships, Kadiu and Daehler expect to add more cars from dealership this year.
