2015 Cadillac SRX Receives Five-Star Safety Rating from NHTSA
The all-new 2015 Cadillac SRX has just been awarded a five-star overall safety rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), for both the two- and the four-wheel-drive variants. This is the highest safety award offered by the government safety administration.
Specifically, the 2015 Cadillac SRX luxury crossover earned five stars in the side crash protection simulation, and the crossover also managed to pick up four stars in the front crash protection and rollover protection tests.

Standard safety features for the 2015 Cadillac SRX include anti-lock brakes, OnStar Automatic Crash Response, and StabiliTrak stability control. In addition, the SRX luxury crossover is available with a host of advanced and active safety features.
The 2015 Cadillac SRX has not yet been rated by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), but both the Chevrolet Equinox and the GMC Terrain, which offer the same safety features and are considered sibling crossovers of the SRX, both earned the Top Safety Pick+ rating from the institute.
