Ready Thyself: The 2015 Nissan Murano Has Arrived
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages (okay, really just anybody over the age of 16): the 2015 Nissan Murano has arrived, and you should begin seeing it at dealerships in your neck of the woods as early as right this very second.
“Nissan dealers have been clamoring for the new Murano ever since the design was previewed in the futuristic Nissan Resonance Concept,” said Derrick Hatami, vice president, Sales – U.S., Nissan North America, Inc. “Now that Murano has arrived in their showrooms, there’s another great reason to celebrate the holiday season.”
The 2015 Murano, which debuted in April at the 2014 New York International Auto Show, has indeed been a hot-ticket item for dealers and consumers for the last eight months. Standing as the shining example of Nissan’s new design language, the redesigned Murano features aesthetic touches—such as LED boomerang lights, V-motion grille, and floating roof—that will be prominently featured on new Nissan vehicles for the next several years.
Offered in four trim levels—S, SV, SL, and Platinum—and with improved fuel economy and new technologies and features, the Murano slots between the JUKE and the Rogue and represents a bold (if not more mature) approach to taking the crossover segment by storm.
Production began on the 2015 Nissan Murano last month at the Canton Vehicle Assembly Plant in Mississippi.
