Pickup Truck Walks the Plank in Hair-Raising Video
WARNING: The following video is not for the faint of heart.
No, there’s no violence, nudity, cursing, or other NSFW-ish shenanigans. But it is an incredibly stressful viewing experience, and as such, we do not recommend showing it to children, people with heart conditions, and pregnant or nursing women.
You’ve been warned:
WHO WOULD DO THAT? AND WHY? AND HOW? AND HOW DID THE DRIVER EVEN GET THE TRUCK TURNED AROUND ON THAT TINY DOCK SO THAT HE’S COMPLETELY PERPENDICULAR TO THE SHIP? AND WHY?!?
This footage raises many more questions than it answers. It was just recently uploaded on Monday, May 25th, by YouTube user Ice Bonbon. It appears to be Mr. Bonbon’s only video, and his brief description—”Car attempting to board a ship going over a plank”—doesn’t explain much (although it does do a great job of ratcheting up the suspense!)
The video has quickly gone viral on the subreddit r/videos, where some commentators seem to think that it was shot in Brazil, because Brazilians apparently have a penchant for eye-poppingly narrow “landing strips” (HIYO!)
We’re not sure what possessed someone to load a vehicle onto a ship in such an insanely (and entertainingly) risky fashion… although it should be noted that Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May are going on a world tour…
