Chevrolet is introducing the Redline special edition series of vehicles to the market. The nine Redline cars, trucks, and crossovers will represent the broadest cross-portfolio special edition ever offered by the brand.

Redline debuted as a concept at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, and in response to the positive reception they received, Chevy expanded Redline across nine vehicles, including the Cruze LT (sedan and hatchback), Malibu LT, Camaro LT/SS (coupe and convertible), Trax LT, Equinox LT, Traverse Premier, Colorado LT, Silverado Double Cab LT Z71, and Crew Cab LTZ Z71.

“The introduction of Redline is another example of Chevrolet  listening to its customers” said Laura Pacey, brand director for Chevrolet in Canada. “Customization is a major trend in the industry and with this wide implementation of Redline, Chevrolet will offer our customers even more choice in creating standout cars, trucks and crossovers.”

All Redline models come with black wheels featuring distinct red hash marks, black nameplates with a red outline, blacked-out grilles, and black Chevrolet bowtie logos.

There are also design elements unique to certain models, such as red tow hooks on the Silverado and Colorado Redlines, and unique black hash marks above the wheels of Camaro Redline models—a nod to Chevy’s long heritage in motorsports.

“Chevrolet’s portfolio of special edition vehicles has really resonated in the Canadian market,” said Pacey. “Since the introduction of special editions on vehicles like the Silverado, Camaro and Colorado, conquest rates have risen significantly.

Silverado Redlines are the first available for purchase; orders can be placed at Chevrolet dealerships now. Availability will be cadenced, and all Redline vehicles will be available for purchase by the end of 2017 calendar year.
