General Motors’ India sales figures took a bit of a tumble last month, but like professional WWE wrestler John Cena, GM will never say die. Instead, the American automaker is courting Indian car buyers with new programs like Chevrolet Complete Care, which guarantees low maintenance costs for the country’s new Chevy customers.
According to GM Authority, Chevrolet Complete Care bundles the following service offerings to entice Indian car buyers:
- The industry-first Chevrolet Promise, which assures low cost of maintenance
- Exclusive warranty packages
- Chevrolet U-First Customer Programs and Apps
- Round-the-clock, 24/7 Roadside Assistance Program that’s free for three years with all new car purchases
While the Chevrolet Complete Care program is designed to woo new customers, existing customers who purchased a vehicle that is less than five years old can take advantage of the roadside assistance package for a nominal fee.
Whether this new program can succeed in helping GM India reverse the trend of poor sales in India remains to be seen.
