New features for 2020
Each new model of the 2020 Jeep Renegade will come standard with the Global Telematics Box Module. There will also be a Kenwood premium audio nine-speaker system for a high-quality listening experience.
On Upland and Sport models, you can opt for the Safety & Security Group, which consists of a security alarm, rain-sensing windshield wipers, a tonneau cover, and Blind-spot Monitoring with Rear Cross Path detection.
Latitude models equipped with the 2.4-liter engine now have optional 19-inch wheels. The LED Lighting Group, which includes fog lamps, LED headlamps, taillamps, and daytime running lamps, is also available.
Sports models, as well as Latitude models with the 2.4-liter engine, have the Advanced Tech Group available. This suite of safety technologies includes automatic high-beam headlamps, adaptive cruise control, Lane Departure Warning-Plus with Lane Keep Assist, Forward Collision Warning-Plus with Mitigation, and ParkSense Parallel/Perpendicular Park Assist with rear and front park sensors.
The Jeep gives you the choice between the 2.4-liter Tigershark engine and the new 1.3-liter direct-injection turbocharged engine. The newest engine pairs with a nine-speed automatic transmission to produce 177 horsepower and 210 lb-ft of torque.
The Jeep Selec-Terrain system is continuing to offer the Jeep Active Drive Low 4×4 and Active Drive systems. With the feature, you can select from five models, like Snow and Mud, for optimal performance in a variety of weather conditions.
