Holden Brings Colorado LS-X to Australia This Month
Holden announced that, beginning this month, it will be adding the 2016 Colorado LS-X to its mid-size pickup lineup. This is good news, particularly if you are in Australia. That is because the Colorado LS-X is headed to dealerships in Australia and nowhere else. So, you know, lucky you if you are an Aussie.
The Colorado LS-X adds a number of unique aesthetic accoutrements to the Colorado LS, and it will be offered to Australian customers for the price of $37,990, which includes three years of free service and a standard automatic transmission. Again, another reason to be pleased with yourself if you are Australian.
“Colorado is a very tough and accomplished vehicle and now, with the additional LS-X features and an attractive drive-away price of just $37,990*, it ensures Holden continues to provide exceptional value for money,” said Peter Keley, Holden’s Executive Director of Sales. “Additionally, with our End of Financial Year Offers, this is an excellent time for customers to visit their local Holden dealer.”
The 2016 Holden Colorado LS-X takes the base of the Colorado LS Crew Cab—including 3.5 ton towing capacity, shift-on-the-fly four-wheel drive, and Holden MyLink infotainment with seven-inch color touchscreen, and adds a number of additional visual and practical flourishes. These include: 16-inch alloy wheels, front fog lights, alloy Sports Bar, smoked bonnet protector with Colorado branding, LS-X badge, and carpet flooring.
The Colorado LS-X inherits the Colorado’s five-star ANCAP safety rating, as well as the Duramax 2 Diesel Engine that is standard across the range. You lucky Australian.
