Honda Returns to Pikes Peak as Sponsor and Competitor
The Pikes Peak Hill Climb is an exciting time for all car enthusiasts. This challenging course pushes vehicles and drivers to their limit as they climb 4,720 feet over 12.42 miles. It’s no wonder the race has earned the nickname “The Race to the Clouds.”
Honda has announced that it would not only be participating in, but also sponsoring the famous Pikes Peak Hill Climb this year.

It will return as the Partnering Sponsor for the 2014 Broadmoor Pikes Peak International Hill Climb for the 2nd time in the legendary race’s history, as well as work with the American Motorcyclist Association and the Pikes Peak sanctioning body to improve overall safety.
One such improvement will be the implementation of the AirFence Provided by RoadRacing World Action Fund, placed at key corners of the course. The effectiveness of the fence has already been proven in professional motorcycle races around the world and should provide additional safety to competitors at Pikes Peak.
Honda Power Sports will also be the official ATV/UTV of the event, using the opportunity to showcase a variety of fun-to-drive (or ride) products and to field products in seven race classes.
Watch as Honda returns to Pikes Peak Climb, due to take place on Sunday, June 29. Don’t miss it!
