Indeed, the IS and GX were huge gainers in June, with both increasing their sales by more than 100 percent. The IS accounted for 3,932 units, good for a 104.9 percent increase; and the GX accounted for 1,772 units, a 100.5 percent jump.
Lexus’ volume leaders for the month were the RX (8,426 units, down 2.6 percent) and the ES (5,508 units, down 3 percent). Further, 7,568 of the RX models sold in June were built in North America.
