Washington Auto Show Dates and Information
The Washington Auto Show is held annually at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. Described as “new-car heaven,” more than 700 new makes and models from many of the world’s most famous manufacturers will be on display over the course of ten days.
The show will also feature exhibits of futuristic technology, a wealth of entertainment and activities, and the presentation of the annual Green Car Vision Award. The award, created by Green Car Journal, has been awarded at the Washington Auto Show since its inception in 2008; winners to date include the 2008 Chevrolet Equinox Fuel Cell vehicle, 2009 Chevy Volt plug-in hybrid, 2010 Nissan Leaf EV, 2011 Ford Focus EV, and 2012 Ford C-Max Energi plug-in hybrid.
