Mercedes AMG C63 Edition 1 is a Thing of Beauty
We know that the 2015 Mercedes-AMG C63 is, all things considered, pretty nasty. It’s got the 4.0-liter V8 biturbo engine that we all know and love from the Mercedes-AMG GT, and so it’s capable of putting down a pretty absurd 503 horsepower (C63 S model) while simultaneously sprinkling in all the luxurious appointments and accoutrement that you’d expect from a Mercedes.
That’s all well and good, but if you really want to show everyone that you take your driving habit super seriously, then you’re going to want to go for the AMG C63 Edition 1.
The AMG C63 Edition 1 will be available at market launch and will be immediately distinguishable by features that include matte black wheels with red rims, a Night Package that adds high-gloss black and silver and black chrome touches all around the exterior, red accented radiator grille and wing mirrors, and matte graphite grey sport stripes.
On the inside, we’ve got black nappa leather with red contrast stitching in diamond pattens, a DINAMICA microfiber performance steering wheel, red seat belts, and Edition 1 badging and floormats.
The Edition 1 is being offered in the form of either the 469-horsepower C63 or the 503-horsepower C63 S and in either sedan or wagon body style.
Expect to see the C63 Edition 1 sometime around February, at which point we might be able to tell you more about price and features. Until then, we’ll just have to settle for ogling.
