Ram Adds Sublime Lime Green and Blue Streak Color Schemes to Its Exterior Collection
Two new hues join the Ram color palette
Late last week, The News Wheel reported that Ram revealed a new Delmonico Red color scheme for its Rebel lineup during the Houston Auto Show. Not even a week later, it seems that Ram has even more colorful options to realease for the Ram family, or “Ram-ily” if you will.
Ram is set to unveil its Ram 1500 Sublime Sport and Ram Rebel Blue Streak exterior options during the New York International Auto Show.
So what makes the Ram 1500 Sublime Sport so, well, sublime? Probably the fact that it looks just like a lime.
The 2017 Ram 1500 Sublime Sport package features a bright Lime Green monochromatic color scheme. The model also includes a Sport performance hood and 22-inch Black aluminum wheels.
Scattered throughout the interior of the Sublime Sport are color accents that match the exterior, such as Lime Green stitching. Furthermore, sport mesh seat inserts have also been equipped to the model’s cabin.
Of course, if you want to drive around in a bright green Ram truck, then you may want to act on this opportunity as soon as possible. After all, Ram is only planning to produce a little over 3,000 Ram 1500 Sublime Sport units.
Meanwhile, if you’re feeling blue (as in preferring blue-colored vehicles, not feeling sad), Ram has the perfect Rebel model for you. The Ram Rebel Blue Streak body color, a rich blue hue for the model, will be available on all Ram Rebel vehicles for no additional cost.
“The Ram 1500 Sublime Sport and Rebel Blue Streak expand our offerings in factory-custom trucks and give dealers a more extensive color palette to excite customers who are looking for something unique,” said Mike Manley, Head of Ram Brand.
With Rebel Blue and Lime Green joining Delmonico Red in the Ram truck color lineup, you will now have to face a decision similar to the one at the end of the Mass Effect trilogy when choosing your Ram truck: Red, Blue, or Green.
