“The addition of the new 2020 TITAN pickup trucks comes just in time for this Sunday’s Los Angeles Chargers vs. Tennessee Titans game at Nissan Stadium, where 500 local first responders will be honored as part of Nissan’s ‘Calling All Titans’ initiative,” reports Nissan.
Available for sale early next year, the completely redesigned 2020 Nissan TITAN boasts a “Powerful Warrior” design and an aggressive, get-the-job-done powertrain. The 5.6-liter Endurance V8 gas engine, which is paired to a new nine-speed automatic transmission, earns best-in-class ratings for both horsepower and torque, 400 and 413 lb-ft, respectively.
The 2020 Nissan TITAN, which can be configured as a 4×4 or 4×2, is also equipped with the automaker’s trailblazing driver assist technologies. The Nissan Safety Shield 360, which encompasses High Beam Assist, Rear-Automatic Braking (a class-exclusive system), Lane Departure Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Blind Spot Warning, and Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, is now a standard feature on the imposing, capable, and well-equipped truck. Also standard is Rear Door Alert. For even more assistance, drivers can upgrade their peace of mind with available technologies such as Intelligent Cruise Control, Intelligent Forward Collision Warning, and Intelligent Around View Monitor.
