Car seats take up a lot of room in a vehicle, and vehicles that offer three sets of LATCH systems can be hard to find. Chrysler understands the concerns of parents and offers not one, but two family-friendly options — the Pacifica and 300 — that easily fit three car seats.

With a score of 8.6 out of 10, it’s no surprise that the 2019 Chrysler Pacifica earned a spot on U.S. News & World Report’s list of “21 Great Vehicles that Fit 3 Car Seats Across.” The award-winning minivan offers six trim levels — L, LX, Touring Plus, Touring L, Touring L Plus, and Limited. Each trim is equipped with a 3.6-liter V6 paired to a nine-speed automatic transmission that delivers a spirited performance with ratings of 287 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque.

“The 2019 Chrysler Pacifica in its seven-passenger minivan configuration has two full sets of LATCH connectors in the second-row. Its third-row has one full set of LATCH connectors on the passenger side while the other two seats share lower anchors but have their own tether anchors. In eight-passenger Pacifica models, all three seats in the second-row have a full set of LATCH connectors. At maximum capacity, three car seats can fit across the second- and third-rows of the vehicle,” reports U.S. News & World Report writers Eileen Falkenberg-Hull and Liana Madrid.

The 2019 Chrysler 300 offers three full sets of LATCH connectors along with a sophisticated, well-appointed cabin.

“The Chrysler 300 is a popular large car with a lot of upside if you need space for your family and are set on a sedan. It’s plenty powerful, has spacious seating in both rows, comes in either rear- or all-wheel drive, and features an easy-to-use infotainment system,” report Falkenberg-Hull and Madrid.
