Turbocharged 2019 Fiat 500X Models Arrive at Port of Baltimore
The 2019 Fiat 500X has begun its highly-anticipated availability in the U.S., as the first shipments from Italy have arrived at the Port of Baltimore. The 2019 Fiat 500X, which features three well-equipped trims — Pop, Trekking, and Trekking Plus — is powered by an intense and new 1.3-liter turbocharged engine paired to a responsive nine-speed automatic transmission, a powertrain that generates 177 horsepower and 210 lb-ft of torque.

“Our first batch of new Italian-designed, fun-to-drive 2019 Fiat 500X small crossovers are just starting to arrive,” said Steve Beahm, head of Passenger Car Brands — Dodge, SRT, Chrysler and FIAT — North America. “Customers will soon be able to experience and enjoy the all-new turbocharged 1.3-liter engine with class-leading torque, standard all-wheel-drive capability, and a host of new safety and technology features.”
Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility as well as the ParkView rear backup camera come standard on the 2019 Fiat 500X. A black grille accented by a metallic surround sets the Trekking trim apart while premium quilted cloth seats provide comfort for you and your front and rear passengers.

The Trekking Plus trim takes coziness to the next level with eight-way, heated and leather power seats equipped with four-way lumbar support. The infotainment system in the Trekking Plus trim is the most advanced boasting a 7-inch touch screen and quality sound pulses through eight speakers. You’ll also gain greater driving confidence in the Trekking Plus trim thanks to the advanced driver assist technologies of ParkSense Front and Rear Park Assist. In all, the 2019 Fiat 500X is engineered with approximately 70 security and safety systems to help safeguard every journey.
