No auto show has ever designed or displayed a car of its own until now. This Oklahoma auto show concept car adds a little extra flare to the Oklahoma City International Auto Show on March 8-10, 2019. Check it out in all of its glory in the auto show’s announcement video below.
The video reveals a model with high-density foam, polyuria coating, and auto body paint. This car will have its own platform at the Bennett Event Center at the Oklahoma State Fair Park in Oklahoma City. The auto show will run on Friday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The Auto Show Alpha concept car is a product of a contest that started last year. Independent artist Kip Kubisz is the mastermind behind the model.

Kubisz created the light vehicle design to complement its aerodynamics, an electromagnetic power train, and suspension. Much of today’s car tech — along with his ideas — is in the overall creation.
A series of magnets on the rim and in the inner wheel well will be key to electrically-powering the car. Air flow runs through the body to the posterior of the vehicle, applying a downwards thrust and decreasing drag.

Before it is a proud fixture at the Oklahoma City auto show, the Alpha will parade the city for further exposure and hype. After the event ends, it will continue its tour at other auto shows nationwide, including the Tulsa Auto Show.
