Nissan Introduces New Leadership in North America
Nissan Group of North America announced some leadership changes today, going into effect on April 1st, the beginning of Nissan’s Fiscal Year 2015. Nissan is also reorganizing its sales regions in to eight territories, compared to five last year.
Here are the changes in full:
Nissan Division Sales & Marketing
Pietro Berardi – Vice President, Aftersales
Wally Burchfield – Vice President, Aftersales
Anne Corrao – Regional Vice President, Nissan West Region
Toby Perry – Director, Nissan Sales Operations
Mike Rocco – Regional Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Region
Josh Batie – Regional Vice President, Nissan Northwest Region
Customer Quality & Dealer Network Development
Dave Mazur will replace John Spoon as Vice President, Customer Quality and Chief Customer Officer. John Spoon is retiring from Nissan North America after 28 years of service.
Don Strong will also be promoted to Director, Customer Relationship Management and Digital Marketing Platforms.

Manufacturing
David Aldana will replace 27-year veteran Jose Luis Benitez as AC, director CIVAC, Nissan Mexico.
Steve Marsh will be promoted to Vice President, Canton Manufacturing, to backfill Aldana’s vacant position.
Nissan Mexico & Nissan Latin America
Mayra Gonzalez – Regional Vice president, Sales and Marketing, Nissan Mexico
Jorge Vallejo – Director, Government Affairs and Sales Export, Nissan Mexico
Daniel Pelayo – Director, Aftersales, Nissan Latin America
Research & Development
Chris Reed will replace Dana Hargitt, who is retiring as Vice President, Components Engineering.
Eiichi Akashi will be promoted to Vice President, Vehicle Engineering and Vehicle Program Management.
