What’s New for the 2016 Hyundai Veloster?
For the 2016 model year, the Hyundai Veloster underwent significant design changes, including a different hood without vents and the addition of the brand’s hexagonal (open-mouthed) grille. The base edition gets new 17-inch alloy wheels while 18-inch wheels are available for the turbo-fied trims.
New additional perks are available this year, such as black bolster seats with yellow inserts, new exterior colors, and a revised 7.0-inch color infotainment/navigation touchscreen. There’s also a limited-run Rally Edition which premiered at the Chicago Auto Show this year.

2016 Hyundai Veloster Exterior
The most uniquely-designed model in Hyundai’s lineup is known for its big rear end and highly-positioned hatchback door. The front end features Hyundai’s signature hexagonal grille and cat-eye headlights. While not everyone may be a fan of the bulky, aggressive hatchback coupe design, the Veloster has its share of fans who appreciate its unorthodox appearance.
