As announcements continue to pop up about 2019 models, Subaru is already dishing out some pretty important information: price. The 2019 Subaru Legacy will have an MSRP of $22,545.
This price jump isn’t too severe compared to last year — just $350. However, the 2019 Legacy will see several upgrades, including the addition of standard EyeSight. EyeSight is a driver-assist technology system that gives you a second set of eyes on the road. It sweeps and monitors several different parts of the driving process like cruise control, braking, and lane management. EyeSight also comes with a Pre-Collision Braking feature to help you stop in a quick-thinking situation.
The 2019 Legacy Sport adds even more driver-assist technologies to increase safety and peace of mind behind the wheel. These features include Blind Spot Detection, Lane Change Assist, and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert. Plus, the STARLINK Multimedia system comes with navigation to help you maneuver the busy city streets. At its highest sticker price — $31,525 — the 2019 Subaru Legacy 3.6R Limited comes with a 3.6-liter six-cylinder BOXER engine for an output up to 256 horsepower.
Standard at its base, the 2019 Legacy comes with a SUBARU STARLINK Multimedia system, equipped with a 6.5-inch display, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Pandora, Bluetooth, and more. The 2.5i Premium upgrades its infotainment with an 8-inch touch-screen display with voice-activated controls and Bluetooth hands-free texting capabilities. If you want to step up the Legacy’s technology game even further, you can add optional features like high beam assist, Reverse Automatic Braking, and a power moonroof.
The 2019 Subaru Legacy will arrive in dealerships later this summer.
