The Chevy SS Performance Sedan debuted for the 2014 model year, but that hasn’t stopped the Bowtie Brand from giving us a whole slew of new updates for the 2015 Chevy SS. These updates range from color additions to an all-new transmission.
The five new colors for the SS come from the Holden VF Commodore, which is offered in Australia. The colors include Alchemy Purple, Jungle Green Metallic, Perfect Blue, Regal Peacock Green, and Some Like It Hot Red. Previously, the SS was only available in Heron White, Mystic Green, Phantom Black Metallic, Red Hot 2, and Silver Ice Metallic.
Other updates for the 2015 Chevy SS include the addition of a six-speed manual gearbox and Magnetic Selective Ride Control. The SS will also get OnStar 4G LTE with Wi-Fi Hotspot and the OnStar Basic Plan.
