Effective Jan. 1, 2020, Jim Azzouz becomes the director of the Ford Customer Service Division under the International Markets Group. He succeeds Nigel Brackenbury, who moves into the role of vice president of Ford of Europe’s FCSD operation.
As the IMG’s director of FCSD, Azzouz will be the leader of Parts and Service ops across 100 markets. These include high-potential, emerging, and emerged markets like India, the Middle East, Australia, and Africa. In his new role, Azzouz will be based out of Dearborn and report to IMG President Mark Ovenden and Global Ford Customer Service President Frederiek Toney.

Azzouz had been serving as the director of FCSD in Europe and headquartered in Cologne, Germany. In that role, he was overseeing Aftersales Marketing and initiatives related to company transformation for 22 different countries. A 19-year veteran at Ford Motor Company, Azzouz has held several key roles for the Ford Customer Service Division in the United States and Europe, up to and including a stint as the division’s global head of the Revenue Management and Pricing Center of Excellence.
Nigel Brackenbury
In his role as the VP of Ford of Europe’s Ford Customer Service Division, Brackenbury will focus on customer experience and potential growth in both the Commercial Vehicle and Passenger Vehicle sectors. He’ll operate out of Cologne, reporting to both Ford of Europe Marketing, Sales, and Service VP Roelant de Waard and Toney.
Brackenbury was appointed the VP of IMG FCSD on April 1, 2019. His career with Ford dates back 40 years to his entry as a graduate trainee in Marketing and Sales for Ford of Britain. Over his career, he’s served in key roles including the vice president of Customer Service Operations for Asia Pacific, Divisional general manager for Japan, and director of FCSD for Ford of Europe.
