Specs on Daryl’s Customized ‘The Walking Dead’ Motorcycle–and Win Your Own!
Info on Classified Moto's Zombie-Fighting Bike and AMC/Slim Jim's Snap to Ride Sweepstakes
In the fifth season of AMC’s hit horror drama The Walking Dead, a new motorcycle was revealed for expert “Walker” tracker Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus). This rustic machine may be rough around the edges but has quickly become a memorable part of the series.
Fitting for the post-apocalyptic world across which it travels, Daryl’s bike is based on a 1992 Honda CB750 Nighthawk with all kinds of Frankensteined alterations: Yamaha YZF-R6 front end, front wheel, and front brakes; Kenda Big Block tires; an XS650 reproduction tank; Progressive Suspension 970 piggybacks shocks; custom leather seating upholstery; SE CR Hi bars, custom exhaust baffles; and Twin billet aluminum mesh intake units.
