AC Schnitzer Supra is Lookin’ Slick
The recent SEMA Show had some lovely and some downright crazy tuned Toyota Supra models on display, but our favorite custom Supra might be the new kit that Germany tuning house AC Schnitzer just announced.
Boasting an aggressive front splitter and a new fixed rear wing mounted on top of the stock spoiler, AC Schnitzer’s Supra pulls off the menacing look without being over the top, something that can be a rarity in the tuning scene.
There’s also a new front license plate holder and lovely-looking 20-inch, five-spoke wheels, which really bring the look together. But AC Schnitzer did even more work under the hood.

Power has been raised from 335 horsepower and 400 horsepower, with torque bumped up as well (though there is reason to believe Toyota underrated its own car). With more power should come more noise and this Supra delivers with a sport rear silencer kit with either a stainless steel or carbon fiber exhaust. However, these modifications have only been approved in Europe so far, so there’s no word on whether Americans will be able to have access to it.
Extra power changes how a car handles, so AC Schnitzer took out the stock suspension and put in a height-adjustable coilover setup, and dropped the front and rear axle by about an inch to reduce the center of gravity.
AC Schnitzer says the kit should be available to customers globally after spring 2020, with or without the exhaust modifications for Americans. Of course, you’ll need to provide your own Supra.
