For the past month, we’ve been on the edge of our seats waiting for the upcoming reveal of the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon in March as the automaker reveals more and more salacious details. One of those attractive bread crumbs we’ve been fed is the emblem of the upcoming Demon variant.

Comparing the Dodge Demon and Hellcat Emblems

If you put the Dodge Hellcat and Dodge Demon logos side by side, it doesn’t take long to notice the many obvious similarities between the two. In addition to the thick black lines, use of negative space, and sharp angles, there are many specific features they share. These clearly have been made so that the Demon’s image maintains the same iconic art style and persona that the Hellcat has established.

The sloped head

The gaping, wide mouth

The front fangs

The pointed, bandit-like eyes lacking pupils

The thick, curved brow connecting the eyes

The pointed ears angled back, to the left

The pointed chin

The many similarities between the Hellcat and Demon badges are obviously intentional and a clever way to extend the reputation of the Hellcat to the new Dodge Demon in a visual way. It’s a lot better than trying to revive the original, cartoony emblem with the pitchfork!
