Daddy Dave from ‘Street Outlaws’ Released from Hospital Following Crash
“Daddy” Dave Cornstock from the popular TV show Street Outlaws was released from the hospital August 2nd, following a car accident, in which he suffered a concussion and bruised lung.
Cornstock lost command of his nitro-powered Chevy Nova and hit the wall, then flipped six times at a Texas drag strip on August 1st.

Cornstock’s girlfriend, Cassi, updated his condition on the entertainer’s Facebook page shortly following the crash, letting his fans know he was okay, but that he couldn’t remember the wreck or how he got to the hospital. Cassi updated his Facebook again the following day to let Cornstock’s fans know his condition had improved and that he was being released from the hospital.
In May of this year, another man who appeared on Street Outlaws, Israel Valenzuela, was arrested and faces two murder counts following his involvement in an illegal street race that killed two people in Los Angeles. Even though he wasn’t driving the car that lost control and hit the two people, under California law he still being held accountable for their deaths, just by participating in the race.
