Halloween Is Nissan’s Hurricane Matthew Pricing Deadline
If you are unlucky enough to have lost your personal or business vehicle in Hurricane Matthew, Nissan is ready to help you. But to receive that aid, you must apply by the end of the business day on Halloween, October 31st, for pricing offers that will apply up to 45 days after the application is approved.
To assist people who were hit hard by Hurricane Matthew get back to their lives, Nissan announced earlier this month that it would extend employee pricing to help defer the cost of a new Nissan vehicle. This applies to both business vehicles and those for personal use. If you were affected by the storm and live in the states of Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, or Georgia, you can visit InsideNissan.com and scroll to the bottom of the page for a link to information about the special disaster relief program.
Before you head to a dealership, anyone interested in applying for a claim ID for the limited time offer needs to be prepared with documentation from the Insurance Adjuster that states vehicle damage or its complete loss which occurred in the time frame of the hurricane. Vehicle registrants must additionally provide proof of residency. Also, if two vehicles were damaged, an individual or business will only receive assistance for buying two new vehicles.
If vehicles purchased through the program are financed through Nissan, it’s also possible that shoppers will be eligible for deferred payments to allow a few more months to recover from the losses from the hurricane (while still accumulating interest). This program is incredibly generous, but to take advantage of it you need to get everything together and head to the dealership as soon as possible.
