The relocation and other changes with MMNA
The Northside at McEwen building will house the MMNA headquarters starting in the spring of 2020. Boyle Investment Company developed the building and created an innovative design. Inside the facility, there will be different residential, industrial, retail, and office spaces.
MMNA is going to utilize 40,000 square feet of the building, which accounts for about half of the sixth floor and the entirety of the seventh floor. Employees will be able to enjoy the open workspace, which features floor-to-ceiling windows to give the area natural lighting.
There will be minimal walls to preserve the bright, clear views. Plus, the quiet rooms, conference rooms, and fixed offices will be all located around the center of each floor. MMNA will help people easily spot the building by placing its logo externally on the building.
The reason MMNA wanted to move its headquarters from Cypress, California, to Franklin, Tennessee, is that the company can work on reinventing itself, realize cost savings, and be a part of a technologically-skilled area.
In addition to relocating, the company has been making some other major changes during the last 18 months. The MMNA regional network now has four office locations, instead of two. Newly promoted employees or new employees in the company comprise 80 percent of the leadership team.
For the second year in a row, MMNA is the fastest-growing Asian brand within the U.S. The company is also on track to have a seventh year of annual sales growth in a row.

Currently, MMNA is temporarily located in the SPACES Mallory Green building. The company is looking to hire 150 people as part of the relocation and has already hired over 50 people.
