Mitsubishi Motors North America Names New CIO, VP of Aftersales
Mitsubishi Motors North America announced that Natalie Milton has been named vice president and chief information officer and Ronald Stach has been named vice president of Aftersales. Both assignments take effect on July 2.
“I am pleased to add high-caliber talent to the executive team at MMNA,” said Mark Chaffin, Chief Operating Officer, MMNA. “Natalie and Ron are veteran automotive professionals that will serve our brand well.”
Milton is a 26-year veteran at Mitsubishi who began her career as a programmer and analyst and was most recently MMNA’s senior director of IT and a regional CIO. Her past roles also include manager of IT Strategy, e-Business, and Dealer Technology and manager of Business Systems. As the CIO, she will extend her IT systems oversight to all of MMNA’s operations as well as to Mitsubishi Motors Sales of Canada, Mitsubishi Motors Sales Caribbean, Inc., and Mitsubishi Motors R&D of America and will be tasked with establishing IT for Mitsubishi Motors de Mexico.

Stach has 25 years of experience within the auto industry, most recently serving as Volkswagen of America’s senior vice president of Sales. He began his career with Mazda North American Operations in 1997 in various field and regional management positions before starting his career with Volkswagen Group of America in 2006 as its general manager of Network Development and Strategy. As the vice president of Aftersales, Stach will oversee MMNA’s Parts and Service department in terms of its reputation, profitability, and efficiency. He replaces Chaffin, who was named COO in May.
