Nissan Pathfinder Awarded By KBB.com
The 2017 Nissan Pathfinder was released as a refreshed model this year, and it is quickly winning over customers and reviewers alike. This month, Kelley Blue Book’s KBB.com recognized it as one of its “12 Best Family Cars of 2017” in its recent list. Considering the roominess and capability of the three-row SUV, we’re not very surprised.
According to the editors of KBB.com, the interior is really what earned the Nissan Pathfinder’s spot on the list. The cabin is not only roomy, but able to move and change based on the passengers’ needs. The editors also liked the EZ Flex and Glide System because it means that seats with child systems strapped in will not become dislodged and need adjustment after the seat is moved forward to allow for third-row access.
“In a 3-row SUV like Pathfinder, access to the last row is critical in everyday use, both getting in and out of and negotiating around a child seat in the 2nd row,” said Dan Mohnke, vice president, Nissan Chief Marketing Manager & Marketing Operations. “Our innovative 2nd row seat system, which tilts forward with a child seat still in place1, gives Pathfinder a big advantage over other 3-row designs, even before shoppers get behind the wheel for a test drive.”
The 2017 Nissan Pathfinder received a refresh when it comes to its exterior design, making the model conform to Nissan’s recent design philosophies, including the recognizable (and bold) V-motion grille. The vehicle also received a refreshed infotainment system, as well as the latest and greatest in Advanced Driver Assistance Technology to protect passengers and other drivers on the road. We wouldn’t be surprised if the Nissan Pathfinder doesn’t roll home with several more awards in the newer future.
